The Board of Trustees is composed of the President and Vice President, elected
for one-year terms, the Secretary, Treasurer and 2 Members-at-Large serving staggered
two-year terms, and the Immediate Past President or an additional Member-at-Large serving
a one-year term. The role of the Board is to set policy and assure that the congregation
progresses toward its long-term goals.
The Program Council is composed of the various appointed committee chairs.
Its role is for the planning and coordination of the various program areas of the church
and serves as a forum for planning and problem-solving.
UUCG also has a Policy Manual to act as a guide in the day-to-day operations of the
church and its various program areas. The policy manual is very much a living document,
expected to change over time as new ways of operation prove to be superior to the old.

Committee Chairs or other members needing reimbursement from the treasurer for an approved, budgeted expense should submit this form to the treasurer. The form needs to be signed by the committee chair or other officer responsible for the particular budget line item. This form is also in the Policy Manual, page 48, but is included here as a separate document for ease in printing.
